Great relationships with our clients is our top priority and is one of the many things that sets us apart in our profession. Relationships, after all, are how Rayford Smith began.

Both graduates of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, we met through on-campus affiliations. After graduation, we continued on similar paths, both working in the banking industry but having a shared passion for real estate.

Rayford Smith Realty was established in 2001 and set out to create a boutique style real estate brokerage, focusing on the quality of every client interaction and representing them as trusted advisors across a complete suite of real estate services.  The foundation of our business sits firmly on our core values of accountability, respect, trust, knowledge, relationship building, reliability and professionalism.
